In 1777 during the Revolutionary War, Adam Monroe is commander of a ship of mercenaries commissioned to guard Port Arlesburgh. Upon arriving, however, they find the city smoldering in flaming ruins. - Port Arlesburgh is a fictional town. It should be noted, however, that there is a fictional port city named Arlesburgh in the Irish Sea on the Isle of Sodor in Christopher and W.V. Awdry's The Railway Series.
