Susan shows the ability to manipulate fetuses. She can cause them to multiply. She notes that she has created twins several times and has done triplets at least once. She implies that she is able to manipulate the fetuses in other ways, but has not demonstrated any other capabilities.
Examples
- Susan splits a single fetus into three inside the womb of in-vitro fertilized Alice Lartier. These fetuses would later become the triplets Niki Sanders, Tracy Strauss, and Barbara Zimmerman. She subtly implies that the original fetus is either a clone of her or her biological child with an unknown father.
