Ability deactivation is the ability to deactivate a person's power.
Limits
Horrorman is capable of preventing a person from being able to use their power. Similar to another ability except the user of ability deactivation does not receive the power and the deactivated power can be reversed.
The user is not immune as he was able to deactivate a dangerous power without difficulty. Rather than keep the power stored and inactive, the DNA structure responsible for the power is altered to become inert.
