About
Graphic Novel:Man on Fire
For training purposes, a home is set on fire. D.L. is paired with Captain Burke, and is tasked with putting out the fire within ten minutes. They begin by securing the bedroom and meeting in the kitchen, but the fire is too hot, and they seem unable to complete the task. With only about thirty seconds until the house collapses, D.L. phases straight through the floors and ceilings of the house until he reaches the basement. D.L. shuts off the gas, and everyone is able to escape. The crew is amazed when they see D.L. emerge alive.
