* In DC Comics there's a character, I don't know "his" name but he can use his body to create tornadoes like "Flash" can, I believe he also had the ability to shoot "red" Lightning. Now unless I saw the episode in poor quality, it looked like "Red" lightning to me. - In DC Comics there's a character, I don't know "his" name but he can use his body to create tornadoes like "Flash" can, I believe he also had the ability to shoot "red" Lightning.
