* In DC Comics there's a character, I don't know "his" name but he can use his body to create tornadoes like "Flash" can, I believe he also had the ability to shoot "red" Lightning. Now unless I saw the episode in poor quality, it looked like "Red" lightning to me. ** In Dragon Ball there is a character called Son Goku. One of his most powerful attacks is the Kamehameha, an energy blast. Aside from the color of the blast, it is extremely similar to Ando's ability - even the posture are the same. Lightning? Really?

- In DC Comics there's a character, I don't know "his" name but he can use his body to create tornadoes like "Flash" can, I believe he also had the ability to shoot "red" Lightning.
