:Malina and Tommy did nothing with the first flare. Luke dispersed that one after preventing Malina from doing anything. That was all Luke. It was the second flare that this power was used on. I think the first flare was close but just hadn't reached the Earth yet. Micah said it would hit at 11:18. I intend to place some text under a subheading titled "notes" but am unable to make it appear on the page. The text is as follows:
- Malina causes the tree to grow on Farah giving her the command, "Earth". Based on this and how Malina's actress described her power as resembling those of benders in the series Avatar: The Last Airbender, it can be postulated that the "elements" described in the name of this ability refer to the four classical elements as opposed to chemical elements.
