I think it would be best to simply note on the article that Andrews may (or may not) no longer be her last name and leave it at that, anything other than that is really speculation ... did ALL wives take their husband's name in 1944? Charlie
It's important that we don't refer to K Callan's character as "Charlie Andrews". At the point that we meet K Callan's character, she has gotten married, and probably has taken her husband's last name.
