Two days prior to Chandra's death, he told Mohinder that he was close to finding Patient Zero. Yet Six Months Ago tells us he already met Sylar prior to making that phone call. Conclusion: Chandra was not talking about Sylar. Sylar may have been the first one Chandra contacted in the states, but Sylar was not the origination of the phenomenon. Subsequent Episodes
Because this article is about the term "Patient Zero", subsequent episodes which do not mention the term are irrelevant. More specifically, the Felipe Acerra bit is pure speculation and belongs in Theories (we don't know the list is in any particular order). The Six Months Ago information is also speculative ... we have no idea why Chandra told Mohinder he was close to finding Patient Zero when he'd already met Sylar.
