The military force surrounding Ted's cabin is led by a mysterious man from The Company. He orders Ted to be covered with liquid concrete in order to suppress any radiation that might be emitted. However, Ted escapes in a large blast, killing several men. The man in charge, however, escapes the blast. Ted, filled with vengeance, seeks out the man in Billings, MT.
