Water and Ice Manipulation is the ability to manipulate water in both its liquid and solid forms.
Characters
- Daniella Schaffer is the only character to demonstrate this ability.
Limits
Daniella is able to manipulate water and ice. She can turn her entire body into either water or ice, and can also expell water from her body. She can freeze objets from a distance, without touching them, and she can also manipulate the movement of water remotely.
