Desmonde Downing was an evolved human with the ability to transform himself into a giant menacing monster at will. He first discovered his ability when his uncle was killed by the police, and took them all out by himself. He was found and recruited to the company, making them much more powerful. He was Dylan's worst enemy, until they joined forces to fight Garrett.
He was brought back to life by Jim, who worked as his partner. When Garrett returned from his vacation, he sent his army after Desmonde, and they killed him.

His power has no limits and he can transform back and forth at will. His only weakness is in his transformed state, he is allergic to goldfish.
