Like I expressed in some talk pages, he's near-canon now. Everything about him that was in the iStory is. However, everything else about him isn't, and should be restricted to note sections and the like. All of these abilities have differences between the way they manifest among their users, though I'm not satisfied with that. Just like I support splitting Jeremy, I also supported splitting Knox and Tracy.
