Frank is a student in Micah Sanders's class.
Character History
Graphic Novel:Bully
Frank shares a graphic on the school computers claiming Micah's mom is a murderer which enrages Micah. Micah uses his power to figure out that it was Frank and confronts him outside the school. They get into a fight, Micah kicks him and runs away. Frank and another classmate chase Micah into a park where Micah uses his power again to illuminate a sign reading "Beware Frank" and scares him away.
