Charles Darwin was an evolved human, and he realized this when he went to the Galapagos Islands and had a type of Clairsentience. None Darwin's theories were misguided and eventually disproved. If he was an evolved human with the power of clairsentience, he must not have had a very high level of control over it.
+ Which of Darwin's theories were "misguided", and when were they "disproved"?
When he denounced all of them near the end of his life.
He could have lied, and there's still no mention of the theories being disproved.
- You mean when an obscure newspaper claimed that he denounced it while his wife, family, and pretty much anyone who knew him claimed it was slander?

- That ability refers to the history of a single object. For example if you touched a child, you would see his history from when he was a single cell, but you wouldn't be able to see the history of his parents.
- If clairsentience allowed its users to 'see' that far into an object or person's past, then they would be rapidly driven mad by the overwhelming influx of data which they would pick up from their surroundings.

Sylar and Bridget were never implied to see the entire history of an object at once. It was always bits and pieces. And even if they do see everything, they might be immune to harmful effects of the ability.
