In chapter 6 of Slow Burn, Bill attacks Josh Davis, who is flirting with his girlfriend. Josh's brother Evan hits Bill over the back with a pool stick, and Draph stops him from punching Josh in the face. Bill turns his attention to Evan, but is unable to hit him.
