Hydrokinesis is the ability to manipulate water.

Limits
This ability allows the holder to excert vast quantities of water out of his hands, cold or warm, depending on the holder's energy (has pyrokinesis does). The holder can also manipulate water (wether he created it or not) as telekinesis does to matter.
As the only evolved human who demonstrated this ability only manipulated water, it is unknown if the holder of this ability can manipulate other kinds of liquid aside from water.
This ability can also be used has a way of going underwater, since one who has the ability can push away water, therefore, submersing in a "bubble".
