Theory Citations Notes
Bob is the father of Elle None + She is an agent working for the company, and is seriously focused on finding Peter Petrelli to the point of killing Ricky to get Peter's location. When she arrives at that location, she receives a cell-phone call from someone she addresses as 'dad', telling her to abort her mission and return home. She complies. Bob is also mentioned in this episode as being 'in charge of the Company'. (Fight or Flight)

+ There was a folder for Adam Monroe on Bob's desk as he was explaining to Mohinder about how there was someone very dangerous The Company wanted to depower. Later, Peter, before developing amnesia, had been working with someone named Adam to bring down The Company. It seems likely that these are both the same man and that Bob would have a vested interested in finding Peter, if The Company knew Peter and Adam were working together.(The Line)
+ When Elle zaps Peter, Bob states "He's not a toy, Elle" in a fatherly manner. (Four Months Ago...)

Bob and Noah Bennet are brothers. None
Bob is the Hooded figure. None + Mohinder says that Bob's boundaries are "morally gray".
- Bob is too fat to fit into the clothes the Hooded figure was wearing. He also too fat to run as fast as well. :
Thats not very nice or entirely true.
Bob is behind everything. He is telling Adam what to do, he is deciding who dies. He is the villian. None
