The Company tracks Rollo Fusor and his accomplice to Paris, France, and Claude and Haram go there to capture them.

Using binoculars, Claude and Haram spot them, and what they think may be their next victim. However, when they storm the hotel room where they are located, Rollo Fusor and his latest victim are both dead from dehydration, and the lady accomplice is missing.
