I think that Linderman and Nakamura are competitors. I have to wonder about Bennet and The Haitian going to the hotel to see Nathan, though...They didn't care about Jessica, interestingly. Either they marked her, or didn't need to because of her working for Linderman.

I also have to wonder if this is a theme: doing what you're told vs free choice.

So, we have

• Hiro and Peter, trying to save the world from the explosion. Everyone else is doing other things.
• Linderman controlling everything
  • Jessica works for Linderman.
  • Nathan trying to get elected.
  • Kaito is head of some organization, maybe Linderman's.
    • Thompson is Mr. Bennet's boss
      • Mr. Bennet following orders, tracking all the Heroes. He harasses Mohinder.
        • The Haitian and Claire are on their own now, working with Nathan's mother.
• Sylar just trying to get all the powers he can, just to be special.
• Isaac just paints the future. He works with Mr. Bennet, and sells his painting to Linderman.
• Niki is trying to have a good family with DL and Micah. They're kinda on their own in the series so far.
• Mohinder is just looking around for people, independent of OWI.
• Parkman and Ted are trying to figure out OWI
