The Constrictor is a character that confronts Echo in the first Heroes webisode, Going Postal.
About
He makes his first appearance in Going Postal, Part1, where accompanies Agent Howard. They approach Echo De Mille after witnessing him display his ability to ward off a dog that was chasing him. He uses his ability on Echo after refusing to cooperate with them. When Echo uses his ability, the constrictor is knocked down and Echo runs. When The Constrictor gets up he kills a near dead Agent Howard then looks at his phone to view a picture of Echo and his wife, then walks in the direction Echo ran.
