Lightning? Really?

In DC Comics there's a character, I don't know "his" name but he can use his body to create tornadoes like "Flash" can, I believe he also had the ability to shoot "red" Lightning. Now unless I saw the episode in poor quality, it looked like "Red" lightning to me. Maybe that was that Person's name "Red Lightning" though I'm not sure. --Dman dustin 22:43, 23 September 2008 (EDT)
