Promoting Whom?

I noticed that Category:Promotional Images is being added to any image that is promotional for an actor or actress (eg something from a press kit). The text of this category states The following images are promotional images used to promote Heroes. which is a subset of all the promotional images. Do we want to differentiate the two, or just change the def. of this category? --Orne 14:55, 5 January 2007 (EST)
