Lauren Gilmore will become the present-day love interest for Noah now that he is separated from Sandra. None - Noah still loves Sandra.
+ Sandra has clearly moved on, it is unlikely that his character would pursue a lost cause.
+ He invites Sandra and her boyfriend to Thanksgiving, if he was still in love with her it is unlikely that he'd want to be around her and her lover.

+ Noah stalks her and invites for Thanksgiving.
