Mark Riccardi attended South Plainfield High School and Potomac State College where he was a star quarterback. His break through role was in The Great American Traffic Jam, after that he appeared in many TV shows including Without a Trace, 24, Star Trek: The Next Generation, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Star Trek: Voyager and Star Trek Generations. He is also the director and producer of a film named Livewire, released in 2007.
