Ballou is a member of the kill squad, a support team for the Company.
Character History
Graphic Novel:The Kill Squad, Part 1
Ballou and other members of his team accompany Thompson, Jr. and Donna Dunlap on a mission to bag and tag a dangerous evolved human. They are ordered to safeguard the two agents' extraction point.
Later, Ballou follows Sean Fallon and the rest of the team to investigate an explosion. They find Thompson Jr. and Donna on the floor motionless, and their target, Lewis, raging.
Graphic Novel:The Kill Squad, Part 2
Sean Fallon orders the team to open fire. However, Lewis sends his thick roots into the ground, stopping the squad's attack. Rosetti tells Ballou to call in the Haitian to neglect Lewis's power. Rosetti is then killed by one of Lewis's roots. Ballou is stunned and is attacked by Lewis's roots too. The root snaps his neck, killing him.
