Primatech Paper Co. is a paper products company located in Odessa, TX. Unknown to the local populace, Primatech is actually a front company for Mr. Bennet's hero-tracking organization. Inside the company's warehouse is a secret high-tech medical facility, as well as several modern offices - a stark contrast to the old wood paneling in the public entrance.

- It is presumed that this is the secret medical facility where Matt Parkman was studied in Collision.

- There is a security guard posted at one of the service elevators on the floor where Mr. Bennet's secret medical section is located. One of the guards posted here is named Rufus. (Seven Minutes To Midnight)
- Employees of Primatech Paper Co. are required to have parking stickers. We know this because during one of his frequent visits, Mr. Bennet was approached by a security guard named Rufus about signing the paperwork required in order to get his parking sticker renewed for the following month.
