Tammy is a waitress who works at O'Mallory's Ice Cream Parlor.

Tammy gets Samuel and Vanessa a strawberry milkshake and two straws. Later, when Samuel rejects a second milkshake, she asks him if something is wrong. Samuel tells her that something is wrong and asks her if she is afraid of him and becomes aggressive towards her. He then tells her that he had finished trying to change, trying to fit in and play by her rules. He then tells her that everyone will play by his rules and proceeds to cause the whole parlor to shake.
