Upon penetrating the secret Company facility beneath the Primatech Paper Company, the Heroes discover a heavily fortified vault containing a number of mysterious items.

The vault where the world-destroying vial of Shanti virus lot 138 is hidden also contains several other mysterious items; 3 playing cards (Queens from each suit, missing the Queen of Clubs), a preserved brain, a black pyramid capstone, a large antique-style golden key, a bronze horse, and a dagger with a snake-shaped blade.
