Draph was the crossover of Slow Burn 706. He was the character on the cover of the istory. He is legitmate and should be put in the main namespace. Moreover, he was listed as a wanted character.
WTF?

I don't get it
If there's already a mimic in the carnival, why would Samuel want Peter or Sylar?
