Wind manipulation is the ability to create and control air currents.

- Monroe Auster possesses this ability synthetically after being given an Evolution shot. He later lost it during the Epidemic.
Limits
Monroe Auster
Auster has good control over this ability, able to create wind currents from slight breezes to powerful, hurricane force gales, from any direction. He has some degree of maneuverability, though apparently not a great amount of fine control.

- Auster uses wind gusts of various intensities to capture Ray Lee Coulomb, culminating in tangling him in a flag.
