James Connol is a college student who has recently discovered his ability.
Character History
Troubled
James is having a testbut he gets sent out by his english teacher. Angry, he makes her water "jump up" at her. Later at home he shows his mum what he can do and she shows what she can do. He gets a knock on the door by Jenny and she tells him all about her ability. He gets a note through the door and discovers that Jenny has the same note.

James has the power to control water but seem not to have full control over his ability.
