Max Arkell is a former photographer and young agent of the company. He is an evolved human with the ability to emit and manipulate photons.

Arkell was born in Pittsfield, MA. He spent much of his life moving around the country because of his fathers job. As a result he found difficulty in making friends and became incresingly agitated toward his father.

Arkell lived with both parents until the age of 12 when they filed for divorce. He was given a choice over which parent to remain living with, he chose to live with his mother in her two bedroom apartment in Upstate New York. After that he had little contact with his father untill his graduation from High School where the two tried to mend there strained relationship.

Intell suggests he is working as photographer for a locale newpaper and that he mantains frequent contact with both parents. Recent discovery of his ability has made him a target of the company it is suggested to keep tabs on Arkell untill he becomes a threat.

Evolved Human Abilities

Max's ability allows him to manipulate photons, the particles that make up visible light. Max has been shown using his control over light for various tasks such as creating a blinding flare for distractions, shooting concentrated lasers from his fingertips and apparently creating a form of Invisibility by bending light around himself.
