Desmonde Downing is an evolved human with the ability to transform himself into a giant menacing monster at will. He first discovered his ability when his uncle was killed by the police, and took them all out by himself. He was found and recruited to the company, making them much more powerful. He was Dylan's worst enemy, until they joined forces to fight Garrett.
