Kinetic absorption is the ability to absorb kinetic energies and utilizing it in some way, either by converting it into enhanced strength, speed, and stamina, concussive energy blasts, or a form of self-sustenance, as it would allow her forego sleep after receiving enough kinetic energy. It also the person holding the ability becomes more resistance to damage, though after awhile the person would be bleed.
