Energy manipulation is the ability to absorb all kinds of energy, manipulate it and release it in any form.
Basics
Energy manipulation gives the beholder of the ability capable of absorbing any form of energy, converting it into another form and release it. There is no known limit in the time for holding the absorbed energy or a maximum amount for it. The energy absorbing is usually passive, put active energy absorbing can be used to load up quickly. The releasable energy also includes the energy resources a human body has, therefore, if too much energy is released, the post-human is seriously weakened and may die.
