Symbol
I'm not seeing it. I don't even see Gumby. -- Lulu (talk) 21:16, 27 February 2008 (EST)
- I agree. It's "missing" part of the top half. --Ice Vision (talk) 21:46, 27 February 2008 (EST)
- Should I upload a highlighted version? If you're trying to trace it, make sure to include the wires.--MiamiVolts (talk) 21:52, 27 February 2008 (EST)
- That may be helpful. I'm not seeing it either and examples of The Symbol so far have been very obvious. (Admin 22:51, 27 February 2008 (EST))
- Ok, here's a highlighted version:

The Symbol is in green.--MiamiVolts (talk) 23:49, 27 February 2008 (EST)- That's a pretty big stretch. There's no actual S shape to the image itself (despite the green line attempting to suggest otherwise) and looking at the other telephone pole it seems much more likely that it's just a telephone pole drawn in the distance. Symbol appearances have always been well-defined and this one doesn't appear to pass scrutiny. (Admin 23:54, 27 February 2008 (EST))
- Agreed. Artists/effects like to sprinkle the symbol through out episodes/novels, but generally speaking, it's fairly obvious that it's there. Sometimes a telephone poll and its wires are just a telephone pole with coincidentally placed wires. -- Lulu (talk) 00:10, 28 February 2008 (EST)
- Ok, though looking at Image:Kanji_godsend_great_talent.JPG and Image:Symbol bookcase wreckage.jpg, I had thought the curving wasn't required. I guess when you stare at the sunset long enough, you begin to see things that aren't really there. ;)--MiamiVolts (talk) 00:15, 28 February 2008 (EST)
