Many characters show some difficulty and mental strain while learning to use their powers. Arthur's ability was likely to be empathic Mimicry.	None	+ He was a founder member of the company which was founded in 1961 which he would have been around 18-25 years old around the same age as Peter when he first gained his ability. + All special's abilities may be weak when they first gain their ability, ability absortion seems too strong without even having a flaw in it. Rapid celluar regeneration, empathic mimicry, mental manipulation and Activation and decativation all have flaws in them. + The writers and the creator Tim Kring said in the villians DVD both Peter and Arthur abilities have the same abilities but differnt versions.
