Theory Citations Notes
A group of evolved humans will eventually form a "league of heroes" similar to the Justice League. None.

This would be a long-term story arc.
- Writers have explicitly stated in interviews that the characters will continue to lead mostly separated lives, and will not be forming a Justice League.

The reason so many of the characters are interconnected, especially romantically involved, is down to subconscious recognition of the same trait, as such they are attracted to one another, as the first step of speciation. None. + Many of the characters seem to be happy when they find another person who has powers as well.
This might be due to finding someone similar to them then having a romantic connection with the person.
Only heterosexuals can be evolved humans; homosexuals seem to be immune to the genetic mutation. None. + There have not been any identified homosexual evolved humans in the show or the graphic novel.
- There have not been any identified homosexual humans in the show or the graphic novel.
Zach was originally suppose to be gay. April was going to be a lesbian, but Lyndsy Fonseca left for another role. Therefore, there have been homosexual humans in the show, and at the very least the creater of Heroes wants homosexual characters.

- Having homosexuals not be able to have powers might bring bad vibes from the homosexual community.

None of the characters in the series have been confirmed to be heterosexual either: they could all happen to be bisexuals.

No one knows for sure what causes homosexuality (or general sexual orientation), it could be a genetic trait or caused by cultural and social environment, some studies even indicate that the cause may be hormonal levels during pregnancy, with children with multiple older siblings being more likely to be homosexual, this would lead to conclusion that homosexuality helps population control.

Homosexuality is not a disease, even in that case, many Evolved Humans still have "negatives traits", Hiro for example needs to wear glasses, they aren't perfect.

Evolved Humans may belong to two or more races or "species". none. there is a great variety of powers, and one could assume a great variety of genetic diferences between the evolved.

- Micah has powers that are complete diferent from his parents and this appears to be shared by other characters, like Clarie and Peter.

Evolved Humans may be separated between a "bad species" represented by Sylar and a "good species" represented by other characters none. theres is a lots of religous simbolism in heroes
+ Have people separated in two sides could easily be compared by having "angels" and "demons" fighting a war.
The only way to have diferent powers is being or become a Chimera none. + Chimeras have [two sets of DNA], each set could give the person a power.

+ This explains alot about Sylar.

- Many powers appear to be related with the personality of the individual

+ Still it would be possibly to have two or more powers who fit the same personality

+ This might explain Nikki/Jessica.
