Future Hiro is the one killing members of The Group of Twelve. None + His ability to teleport means he could have teleported in mid-air. Also, he could have teleported into the interrogation room and attacked Angela.

+ His father recognized him on the rooftop.
+ Future Hiro has a much more aggressive side that present Hiro, and seems to have no regard for anyone, possibly even his father.
