If this power is used on Peter, his ability will be strong enough to absorb the Haitian's ability.	(none)	+ Ando was able to send Daphne back in time. If this ability is strong enough to cause her to exceed the speed of light, it should be strong enough to allow absorbsion of any power.
If this power is used on the Haitian, his ability will be strong enough to stop all powers within a city, and possibly inadvertantly knock everyone out. If this ability is strong enough to cause him to read everyones mind in a whole city, it should allow the Haitian to have the same coverage.
If this power is used on Sylar, he would become a god. O_o	Sylar is already very powerful.	+ Rapid cellular regeneration = Invinsible. + Sound manipulation = Dearrange matter at a sub-atomic level. + Alchemy = Rearrange matter at a sub-atomic level. • Just like Mr. Muggles. + Electric manipulation = Manipulate electrons in any way. + Telekinesis = Stop time. + Lie detection = Knows nothing but truth. + Clairsentience = Knows history of anything near him. + Intuitive aptitude = Understands anything. • Also if Ando used this on Sylar, he would absorb Ando's ability... • ...Which would supercharge Ando... • ...Which would in turn supercharge Sylar even further! • According to all those altered powers, now, we have an indestructible man, who knows all about anything, and understands it too, who can alter the flow of time and make anything he wishes, and can unleash bolts of hot plasma death. • If he did absorb Ando's power, and it caused a power loop like mentioned above, it would be even worse. We'd have an invinsible man who would not even wound, who would know everything and understand everything, past, present, and future, who could create anything he desired, and alter the flow of time and space as he saw fit, and could power the whole earth by just breathing occasionally. + The whole infallible, omniscient, omnipotent, creator thing does sound a lot like a god. - Ando might only enhance his Intuitive aptitude, and his Telekinesis, since they are the only ones in his DNA. + Sylar could still absorb Ability supercharging, and power up Ando so Ando gives him SUPERTELEPATHY! (the ability to move atomic particles, or entire planets.) - Ando is probably immune to his power, since he has not powered himself up. • >:(
