Grigsby is found in Peach Pit, Georgia. When his ability manifested, he came to believe that his ability was a gift from God. He suffered delusions of grandeur and went on a killing spree. He is captured by Noah Bennet and locked in a Level Five detention cell. (Blindsided).
Evolved Human Abilities
Howard has the ability to emit a very bright light from his entire body. While using this power, he permanently damages Noah Bennet's eyesight. (Blindsided)
