-pathy is a suffix from the Greek word for feeling, suffering, 'to be affected by', πάθεια (-patheia) from πάθος (pathos), that could refer to:
- Cyberpathy, an alternate name for electronic communication, given on the Assignment Tracker, the ability to intercept, generate, and interpret electronic, digital, and radio transmissions with one's mind.
- Empathic mimicry, sometimes referred to as simply "empathy", the method used by Peter (and in one instance, Sylar) to duplicate abilities.
- Technopathy, Micah's ability to communicate with electronic devices.
- Telepathy, the ability used by Matt and Maury Parkman to control aspects of peoples minds and hear their thoughts.
