Spoiler talk:Thanksgiving
Consistency with Theory Sections
I don't know if there is an official policy on theories in general but I have noticed a drastic difference between the way theory pages for articles and theories for episode spoilers are treated. In general, theories in episode spoilers are hardly moderated, regardless of how ridiculous, silly they are, or if they are based on personal opinion. However, the theory pages for articles seem to be HEAVILY scrutinized, with bands of patrollers regularly deleting, modifying, and adding counter-arguments point by point at their will, usually without consulting the originator of the theory if they are deleting it. So why is there this descrepency? Why take article theories so much more seriously than episode spoilers? Or why not lighten up on them and treat them the way spoiler theories are treated? -Barbedknives (talk)11:01, 17 November 2009 (EST)
- I've never patrolled episode theories, they're supposed to be, as far as I remember, like the first column of actual theory pages, they're not supposed to have argument, counter arguments, and evidence the way theory pages are meant to.
