There is no Theories section to him, so I will write it here:
- This is the same person than the patient show in the comics

Magneto from x-men does this
Magneto has metal armor which he controls by magnetism. The agent could do the same by creating magnetic currents who influence the metal in his clothes(boots are enough)and lift him. this is far too complex and energy costly to control more than simply levitating. - Discipol
