Talk:Black-haired (disambig)

Do we really want to put everyone who has black hair on this list? I was thinking it was mainly for those characters/actors we are naming "black-haired" and that we should remove Sparrow Redhouse.--MiamiVolts (talk) 15:14, 6 July 2007 (EDT)
- I agree, otherwise we will have to add every single character of the show that have black hair and the disambig will have up to 25 entries. --

- Well, for other disambigs like this, we sometimes include all the terms that have the word in it. Like John (disambig). And on Red (disambig), we also have Sparrow Redhouse. --Hero!(talk)(contribs) 16:18, 6 July 2007 (EDT)
- Right, but "black" and "black-haired" are not a part of the name "Sparrow Redhouse" so I think you should remove it.--MiamiVolts (talk) 16:30, 6 July 2007 (EDT)
- But someone who's searching for some black-haired person might just be looking for Sparrow Redhouse. --Hero!(talk)(contribs) 16:35, 6 July 2007 (EDT)
- Or one of 25+ other people like FrenchFlo said. I think that's a little excessive.--MiamiVolts (talk) 16:50, 6 July 2007 (EDT)
- Disambiguation pages are for articles with similar spellings, not necessarily similar meanings. Categories are for grouping articles by meaning, though I'd also say that categorizing people based on their hair color is a little extreme. (Admin 17:23, 6 July 2007 (EDT))
- Agree. Besides, Portal:Characters has visual identification for every character, which would be the best way to search for somebody based on a physical attribute. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 20:35, 6 July 2007 (EDT)
