- Yes. The links are kind of like notes to myself (or whoever writes the initial article). They belong on the discussion page, not the article page. Once the article is written, of course, they can be properly formatted an placed in an External Links section in the article, but I wasn't ready to write the article last night. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 13:13, 19 January 2008 (EST)
