Toby
Toby only demonstrated this ability once when he merged Jayne and Jayna. It is unknown if Toby could merge more than two individuals. This process is physically and psychologically damaging as evidenced by Double Trouble. It is unknown if his mental state affected his ability to create stable gestalts. He never demonstrated the ability to take a gestalt and return them to their original separate states.
