[[Luxokinesis ]] Luxokinesis is the ability the manipulate and create light. One who possesses this power can emit light of desired quantity and heat by first absorbing light (like a solar panel. They can also manipulate darkness as that is just a lack of light. Evolved humans who have this power can also change colours of things because colour is just the amount of light that is reflected of the object.
Limits: One who has this power and is highly skilled can even move at the speed of light. Though sometimes they might suffer of extreme happiness as they are constantly in contact with light.
