Elle tells Sylar that Bob is probably phoning the police, as she told him that Sylar is a serial killer. Bob then rushes out of the back, holding a gun, telling Sylar that he needs to let Elle go. Bob ponders whether he should kill Sylar, claim self-defense, and become a hero. Sylar replies, "I hate heroes".
